The Tomb of Hafez

Shiraz is the second most popular tourist destination in Iran, that attracts many tourists from around the world every year. The most famous of them is the Tomb of Hafez, also called Hafeziyeh. Tomb of Hafez is one of the most relaxing tourist attractions in Iran, which strokes the soul of every visitor. There is also tomb of some other poets in this place. Most visitors of Hafeziyeh have come to the conclusion that the atmosphere of this place is very comfortable and has a lot of positive energy.

On some occasions and days, Hafeziyeh hosts special ceremonies. These events include concerts, shows, and etc. The tomb of Hafez is located in a garden full of fragrant flowers and lush trees that give this place this enchanting scent.

Hafeziyeh is about 2 hectares and consists of several sections. These sections include the southern enclave, the Hafeziyeh Hall, the northern enclave, the Hafez Tomb, the western area, the eastern enclave and the tomb of Qavam family.

Occasionally, beside the tomb of Hafez, nightlife is held, and people sit beside each other and read lyrics and poetries and made the spiritual climate in this place.
